Seniors in Automotive Technology replaced transmission bearings and clutch assemblies to ensure proper operation.
Automotive Technology students utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive systems.
Computer Network Technology (CNT) seniors intentionally broke computers that were set up by the juniors in CNT. The juniors then had to troubleshoot the computers and get them working again. All students were able to successfully fix the broken computers. Fun learning opportunity for our students!

The Gift Baskets Silent Auction brought in $5,010! Between coin wars, food items, and the silent auction, KCCC raised $10,353.18 for Food for the Hungry!

Junior Cosmetology students learned the state board haircut. This haircut is done with a razor and scissors. Students will need to perform this haircut when they sit for their state board exam toward the end of their senior year.
Students in Cosmetology have an opportunity to earn an Ohio State Board of Cosmetology License!
Students in Culinary Arts prepared a luncheon in the River Room Cafe for Ariel's Engineering Department. The menu included Rime Rib with Au Jus, Roasted Turkey with Pan Gravy, Sauteed Green Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fall Harvest Salad, Assorted Dinner Rolls, Pumpkin pie, Dutch Apple pie, Pecan pie, and assorted Christmas cookies. Excellent job by our Culinary Arts students!

Seniors in Pre-Professional Mentorship (PPM) participated in Lifepoint Church's Backpacks of Hope program. Backpacks of Hope provides bags of food for local school children in need of food over the weekend. Students from PPM learned all about this program and prepared bags of food for each child, so they could be delivered by a Lifepoint Church representative.
Seniors in Pre-Professional Mentorship explore various career fields and college majors while making connections in local businesses.
Juniors in HVAC learned the correct way to use a recovery machine to recover refrigerant. Students then learned how to put a system into a vacuum to properly charge it with the refrigerant.
Students in HVAC have an opportunity to test to become EPA 608 certified to be licensed to handle and work on equipment that has refrigerant.
